More Than Lacrosse
Director Sean McNamara has been actively involved with FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) since being a young lacrosse goalie. What he and other coaches bring to Team Tendy, is an environment focused on teaching and growing athletes through sharing their insights for not only success on the field, but off the field as well. Participants are encouraged to consider not just their physical preparation for competition, but their mental and spiritual life in the game and beyond it. Team Tendy has adopted the values of integrity, teamwork, serving and excellence to guide our organization.
Our coaching philosophy for the program are rooted in Biblical values and inspired by the book The Season of Life by Jeffrey Marx.

We are available to train goalies and coaches in programs around the Midwest. By coaching coaches, we can equip coaches in a program with the tools needed to develop their goalies.
Goalie 101
Introduction to goaltending in preparation for the upcoming season and their future. For highly motivated lacrosse goalies in grades 4-9 that desire to learn the basics of goaltending position.
Group Training
Intense lacrosse training in preparation for the upcoming season and their future. For highly motivated lacrosse goalies in grades 6-12 who love the lacrosse goalie position
Lessons
Customized training session to develop specific aspects of a goalie’s game for highly motivated field or box lacrosse goalies of any age.
