This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of Team Tendy Lax training programs and events. By registering for any Team Tendy Lax program or event, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Registration and Payment

All registrations for Team Tendy Lax training programs and events require payment at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. Payment confirms your spot in the program or event. Registration fees are program-specific and will be clearly stated at the time of registration.

2. Participant Cancellation Policy

Participants who wish to cancel their registration must submit their cancellation request in writing via email to Team Tendy Lax. Refunds are subject to the following conditions based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellations for Training Programs

  • More than 14 days before program start date: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee

  • 7-14 days before program start date: 50% refund of the total program fee

  • Less than 7 days before program start date: No refund available

Cancellations for Single Events or Clinics

  • More than 7 days before event date: Full refund minus a $15 administrative fee

  • 3-7 days before event date: 50% refund of the event fee

  • Less than 3 days before event date: No refund available

3. Team Tendy Lax Cancellation Policy

Team Tendy Lax reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program or event due to insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, facility issues, coach availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event that Team Tendy Lax cancels a program or event:

  • Participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid, or

  • Participants may choose to receive a credit toward a future Team Tendy Lax program or event of equal or greater value

Team Tendy Lax will make every reasonable effort to notify participants of cancellations as soon as possible via email or phone.

4. Weather-Related Cancellations

In the event of inclement weather or unsafe training conditions:

  • Individual training sessions that are canceled due to weather will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date

  • For multi-session programs, missed sessions due to weather will be made up at the end of the program or on an alternative date

  • No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations when makeup sessions are provided

5. No-Show and Late Arrival Policy

Participants who fail to attend a scheduled training session or event without prior notice (no-show) are not eligible for refunds or makeup sessions. Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late to a training session may not be permitted to participate and will not be eligible for a refund or makeup session. We encourage all participants to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

6. Medical or Emergency Situations

If a participant is unable to complete a program due to injury, illness, or family emergency, Team Tendy Lax will work with the participant on a case-by-case basis to provide a partial refund or program credit. Documentation from a medical professional may be required for medical-related cancellations. Requests for consideration under this policy must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the incident.

7. Transfer and Rescheduling Policy

Participants may request to transfer their registration to another participant or reschedule to a different program or event session subject to the following conditions:

  • Transfer or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the program or event start date

  • Transfers are subject to availability in the requested program or event

  • A $15 administrative fee may apply to transfer or rescheduling requests

  • If the new program or event has a higher fee, the participant is responsible for paying the difference

8. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. Administrative fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount.

9. Program Credits

Program credits issued by Team Tendy Lax are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and may be applied toward any Team Tendy Lax program or event. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits will expire after 12 months.

10. Dismissal from Program

Team Tendy Lax reserves the right to dismiss any participant from a program or event for behavioral issues, safety violations, or failure to follow instructions from coaching staff. No refunds will be issued for participants who are dismissed from a program for these reasons.

11. Modifications to This Policy

Team Tendy Lax reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of registration will apply to that specific registration.
