The Shooters Program invites athletes to participate at no cost, offering a competitive, fast-paced environment designed to elevate offensive play. We intentionally limit the number of shooters to protect the quality of reps, ensuring each athlete is challenged against live, trained goalies. Since 2020, many of the top shooters in the Kansas City area have taken part in Team Tendy sessions, benefiting from a high volume and wide variety of shots that develop deception, decision-making, and finishing under pressure. Goalies and coaches actively evaluate shooters at the end of each session, and those who consistently compete and show growth earn continued opportunities within the program. Shooters are placed into age- and skill-appropriate training groups alongside youth through college-level goalies to create the best possible experience for everyone involved.
