We intentionally limit the number of shooters to protect the quality of reps, ensuring each athlete is challenged against live, trained goalies. Since 2020, many of the top shooters in the Kansas City area have taken part in Team Tendy sessions, benefiting from a high volume and wide variety of shots that develop deception, decision-making, and finishing under pressure. Goalies and coaches actively evaluate shooters at the end of each session, and those who consistently compete and show growth earn continued opportunities within the program. Shooters are placed into age- and skill-appropriate training groups alongside youth through college-level goalies to create the best possible experience for everyone involved. Being part of Team Tendy means working hard, competing, and having fun in a structured, intentional environment—space is limited, so sign up today and we’ll do our best to place you in a training group at no cost. It's hard to schedule decent goalie work in a typical Varsity practice, so I send my goalies to TT knowing they're going to get countless reps with the best shooters in the city in a supportive, high-energetic, FUN environment. Our goalies come back more confident, more mentally tough, and more knowledgeable, knowing keeper "lingo" and strategies for building resilience in both practice and games. Sean and the other goalie coaches are experts in training reaction time, focus, talk, and leadership." ###### Erin Greenlaugh, Head Women’s Varsity Coach at St Theresa’s Academy [Train With Us](https://share-na2.hsforms.com/11-9fJfu-Sral5B-90ehcfA41khln) ### Frequently Asked Questions #### Here are some of the most common questions we receive. - What do I bring to a training session?
